Terrible office staff. Incredibly hard to work with and they delay billing to insurance. Would not want anyone to deal with the level of incompetency at this location.
I had my wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago. It was about as painless as I could have hoped for! The only discomfort I felt during the (~30 minute) removal of 2 teeth was one of the Novocain shots touched a nerve. I went home that day to no discomfort, followed the instructions toe recovery closely and only felt some discomfort a few days later with either one of my stitches or a little of the exposed socket. Everyone was so nice and caring. I drove an hour and a half to see them and it was well worth it. If you are considering anyone in the Chippewa Valley for who may not be treating you well, make the call and get the quality, compassionate care you will appreciate.
Everyone was very friendly and accomadating; Treated me very well, talked me through the whole process and helped me with anxiety I was feeling, Surgery was quick and efficient with no complications.
Great people fast service and good facilities
