It was an absolute fantastic experience from begging to end and everything in between. They know what they are doing and have great customer service. I had a tooth extracted in December. I have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist! I decided to be a big girl and have only the localized novocaine! Along with the hygienist distracting me with talk, and praying, it turned out to be a breeze!! After the novocaine took effect, the doctor came in to extract my tooth. I believe it took about 5 minutes for him to extract it! I couldn’t believe I was finished! All staff were friendly! Thank you! Helen
Amazingly friendly! Super gentle procedure, the whole team was great from start to finish! Took my tooth out so cleanly I forgot i was missing it.
I'm leaving five stars, since I'm not sure what the issue is yet and want to give the benefit of the doubt. I see that mostly everyone has had a good experience here, so I don't know what happened in my case. I would have directed this through the BBB, but they are not BBB accredited and I'm unsure if they would even see it. My experience here has not been great, aside from the initial visit.
