Office is a hot mess. From Amanda at the front desk who’s condensing and rude to Dr Browne who thinks she better than everyone. So glad I switched offices. There’s a few good staff members but not many.
I have never been as insulted as I was by my nurse laughing and making fun of me right outside my door. The Drs are amazing there and my normal nurse is too but I saw a different Dr due to an emergency just to be made fun of. I've never been more humiliated
Heard it was a good dr but after my first experience yea never again prescribed me an over the counter medicine that I told them already wasnt working and I paid tripple for it and could have bought it anywhere else on my own for a couple bucks instead of 30
It’s hard finding an office that doesn’t treat you like a number, one that genuinely cares about you. The staff as a whole operates like a family which is lovely to see. Their Office manager, Louetta, went above and beyond helping me with some issues my insurance company was giving me!! HIGHLY recommend!!!
