Didn’t have a good experience with this vendor. Was charged almost the full quoted price for descaling and maintenance service when the work was never done and only got assessing the unit. Paid premium price with apprentice doing the work as well. Didn’t think that was very fair.
Its okay if you have too many customers and swimming in money but at least have some respect for your prospective customers who reach out and just tell them to piss off. Don't ask them to send you their details and then ghost them after repeated attempts to reach you to secure an appointment. Check your SMS, you'll find my messages in there after we spoke twice. Ridiculous! This is not the kind of business I want to patronize in an emergency.
Jason is a person who cares about his customers and knows his business well. I would recommend him for anyone interested in getting quality work, competitive pricing and honesty. Not a common thing today. Thanks again. Ben
