This clinic is not transparent with full cost of services. They quote services then at time of payment the cost is more than doubled. Reception is rude when confronted. Many other caring clinics to choose from. I don’t recommend bringing your pet here.
Dr. Jamie and staff are wonderful. They have provided the best care for our furbabies, especially for Butter ❤️
Dr. Jamie was amazing with my daughter and her hamster. Everyone there was welcoming and even had a welcome sign up with pet names. It is great to have a small mammal vet in town.
I, sadly, just had to say goodbye to a dear, dear pet. All the staff and the vet handled Very well. With great veterinary advice and phenomenal sympathy. I've really appreciated their support for many years.
We recently brought our senior dog in for a mass removal surgery and had a wonderful experience with Northern Oak. From the initial consultation though to the aftercare the entire staff was great to deal with. We always felt like our girl was in good hands. In particular we'd like to thank Dr. Melissa Davies for performing the surgery with such skill.
