I brought my cat in today, just before close due to an emergency. The staff was beyond wonderful. I was very upset and they were incredibly comforting and helpful. They truly care about your animals . On a day like today , I am incredibly thankful that they took him in and helped. Thank you to all the staff that stayed after closing to help us. We are forever grateful for you guys
We needed to lay our sweet girl to rest and they took their time and explained every process that was to happen, so gentle, calm and compassionate during the time and after. Took paw and nose prints after she passed and was even gentle then. Bless all your kind hearts Sadie's Mom and Dad
