Dr. Jamie was amazing with my daughter and her hamster. Everyone there was welcoming and even had a welcome sign up with pet names. It is great to have a small mammal vet in town.
I, sadly, just had to say goodbye to a dear, dear pet. All the staff and the vet handled Very well. With great veterinary advice and phenomenal sympathy. I've really appreciated their support for many years.
We recently brought our senior dog in for a mass removal surgery and had a wonderful experience with Northern Oak. From the initial consultation though to the aftercare the entire staff was great to deal with. We always felt like our girl was in good hands. In particular we'd like to thank Dr. Melissa Davies for performing the surgery with such skill.
I got my American Bully XL (Goose) neutered here and the vet techs Velicia and Anna were amazing! I am an anxious dog mom and Anna made me feel comfortable and reassured when taking Goose into surgery. Velicia made sure to call me as soon as Goose was done surgery! When I picked him up, she gave me all of the instructions in a non-overwhelming way! They also called me the next morning to ask how he was doing. Very kind, caring, and professional!
