Its almost impossible to get ahold of them on the phone or email. and if you just show up to make an appointment the lady will be rude to you and say shes busy with clients and she cant help right now as if you were supposed to already know this. They dont post their business hours either.
How are you supposed to be a evaluation clinic and not answer your phone during business hours makes 0 sense
