Absolutely uncaring, negligent, and unprofessional. My child was given a referral to this office in July. I received EXTENSIVE interview intake paperwork on September 19 which I submitted within 4 days. I called and emailed with inquiries as to what the next steps would be, with zero replies. On November 11 I received a form rejection letter stating that this office specializes in autism ONLY, and since my child was not referred for autism specific screening Lauren Parks would not consider her case. 4 entire months they left... read more
