I made an appointment at this facility two months ago I needed a certain time and day so I made sure to schedule very far out luckily I called the day before to confirm my appointment even after I received a text confirming it last night. And when I called the receptionist informed me that the doctor did not take my insurance and that she was sorry nobody got to me so I proceeded to ask if anybody was going to call and inform me before I arrived there. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this office. The woman who everyone is calling “rude” is actually very nice and professional, just direct which is not a bad thing. And as far as wait times yeah sometimes they can be lengthy but babies also don’t go by the drs appointment schedule they come when they want. Absolutely love Dr Dennis and his NPs.
Terrible service. Slow and rude staff. Unorganized and messy. Don’t make people wait an hour to be seen, that should be common knowledge. But not here. Awful experience with Dr. Dennis, spoke to his “manager” Lloyd about it, seemed like my issues with their facility were brushed aside. Not returning.
