The physical therapist is wonderful, but the organization is not. I've been coming here almost four months and just had to cancel an appointment for the third time, so they're discharging me as a patient. I had sepsis last year and then c diff, so I'm very careful to not come in if I wake up with symptoms. You would think a rehab facility wouldn't want a recent c diff patient to come in to pelvic physical therapy with diarrhea.
The staff here are awesome! I appreciated working with Brenden N and the progress he helped me achieve.
I was diagnosed with hip issues and referred to physical therapy. I am extremely happy with the staff and therapists. I am always greeted with a friendly smile when I walk in. My therapist has done a fantastic job with my rehab. I was just able to run a 5k yesterday with absolutely no hip pain!
My wife is going here for her physical therapy. She is working with Chris. The front staff has been friendly and courteous with each visit. Chris has proven to be very knowledgeable and I feel that he truly cares about my wife's condition and doing everything he can to help improve her condition.
