I was placed on hold and then completely forgotten and left on hold until the office closed. No one ever came back to the line or followed up afterward. I understand things can get busy, but this was unacceptable. Patients deserve at least the courtesy of being checked on or called back. This is ridiculous if your employees do not want to deal with the phone so close to closing then close your lines at 4:30 simple.
Staff and Dr. Meyer were polite, efficient, and friendly. Parking was plentiful. First visit went well. Looking forward to the second.
