Had a wellness appointment for my father We went to the vista facility, dad went in and they refused to see him, they said he didn’t fill out the wellness assessment, nor did he come a half hour early to fill it out, they said it would be sent in the mail I called because if your not the patient they don’t want to talk to you, I have medical power of attorney for my father he’s 85. If you need your Rx refilled or have had labs done and want to get the results, don’t expect this place to do it. Pathetic and not sure how they can stay open.
Dr. Torvinen is the absolute best doctor I've ever had in my life. She truly cares about what you have to say and how you're doing. All of the doctors I've dealt with at Northern Nevada have been great, but Dr. Trovinen is an exceptional Dr.!
