Been going to Dr Abbott for years I love the staff love Dr Abbott very satisfied going there and I appreciate their help
Super frustrating that there’s an online check in with all the forms, so I did that this morning before my appointment. To get into the office and be told that they still needed hard copies of all the forms, so I then had to redo all of it in the office. Then once I finished redoing them I was told that since it had taken me 8 minutes to do those hard copies, my appointment was being pushed back half an hour, even though I was still within the 10 minute late window policy they have posted at the check in window! I am so thankful for having Dr. Moats see me today and take over my diabetes and thyroid issues. She is so compassionate and caring and takes charge of what to do next, very knowledgeable. Excellent atmosphere and very friendly staff. I have seen Dr. Moats a couple of times and have been very pleased with every visit. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient, always takes the time to fully answer any questions and concerns.
