Extremely disappointed with this office. Have called multiple times, leaving multiple voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. The only time someone answered, I was transferred to scheduling and sent straight to voicemail. 2 weeks of trying to talk to scheduling and they don’t even have the decency to return phone calls.
Amazing office , Madhu is a wonderful APRN I recommend to schedule with her ! Caring , Attentive and very knowledgeable
This is the most incompetent office. I have to call them multiple times every couple of months just to get my medications refilled that they prescribed. The phone staff is unhelpful. They only value their “membership” patients even though I still have to pay them like every normal doctor’s office.
Been going to Dr Abbott for years I love the staff love Dr Abbott very satisfied going there and I appreciate their help
Super frustrating that there’s an online check in with all the forms, so I did that this morning before my appointment. To get into the office and be told that they still needed hard copies of all the forms, so I then had to redo all of it in the office. Then once I finished redoing them I was told that since it had taken me 8 minutes to do those hard copies, my appointment was being pushed back half an hour, even though I was still within the 10 minute late window policy they have posted at the check in window!
