My home warranty company Fidelity directed my service request to Eagle Electric. As I understand from Fidelity they expect their service providers to make contact with affected parties within 48 hours. In 90% of prior claims I have been contacted by the vendor the same day. Would not recommend! On Feb 19th I submitted a request through American Home Shield to have an electrician out because my 7 yr old daughter’s room smelled like burning rubber/fish and Eagle Electric was who they assigned. I was told they would contact me within 24 hours to schedule. By Feb 24th I hadn’t heard anything so I called them. Had a circuit breaker that would not reset when the electrician arrived I explained the problem I was having he immediately went to work and fixed it. He took the time to explain to me how to fix it if it was to happen again and explained why it had happened, he was very polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t try to take advantage of me and he had a smile on the whole time. Thank you for your great service I appreciate you.
