Excellent, friendly service. Pete was on time. He quickly assessed my electrical problems and replaced my burned out outlet box. I had no idea that my outlet had melted behind the cover plate. He replaced my two burned out outlets with better quality boxes. I feel so much safer sleeping tonight. Thank you Pete and Eagle Electrical! You’ve gained a customer for life 🩷

My home warranty company Fidelity directed my service request to Eagle Electric. As I understand from Fidelity they expect their service providers to make contact with affected parties within 48 hours. In 90% of prior claims I have been contacted by the vendor the same day. I left 2 messages at the time of receiving word of the assigned service provider Eagle and again 48 hours later with no call back. I called in again the next day, a Friday.
