Pete was our technician from Eagle Electric. Pete was professional, highly knowledgeable, punctual, positive, efficient, and genuine. We placed the work order through American Home Shield and are very impressed with Pete's workmanship. Pete gives a very positive impression for Eagle Electric. I highly recommend this company.
Would not recommend! On Feb 19th I submitted a request through American Home Shield to have an electrician out because my 7 yr old daughter’s room smelled like burning rubber/fish and Eagle Electric was who they assigned. I was told they would contact me within 24 hours to schedule. By Feb 24th I hadn’t heard anything so I called them. The woman I spoke to seemed annoyed that they would have to come out to Fernley and said maybe she could send her husband on February 27th, but they would prefer to wait until March 3-4 and to... read more
Had a circuit breaker that would not reset when the electrician arrived I explained the problem I was having he immediately went to work and fixed it. He took the time to explain to me how to fix it if it was to happen again and explained why it had happened, he was very polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t try to take advantage of me and he had a smile on the whole time. Thank you for your great service I appreciate you. I booked this appointment through American Home Shield.
