Really disappointed with the professionalism of the company. They forgot our first meeting, and two hours before our second meeting they called to inform us they had our location wrong and could not help with our dock. Quite inconvenient as we had to make a trip out for each failed meeting.
When looking for a company to build a dock for us, NNMC were the first to appear to look at the property and give a written quote. And, I must add, the quote was very fair! Through the process, we received verbal and written updates along with pictures. NNMC went beyond our expectations!
