I would rate ZERO stars if I could! Not a local Northern Neck Company anymore....was great THEN. Now.owned by Quarles Petroleum and their service SUCKS! Ordered heating oil for my restaurant 9 days ago for a delivery 7 days later. Ran out of oil and called 4 times in last 2 days and still no heating oil. Called a local provider at Noon and getting delivery within 3 hours. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH QUARLES!
