I usually go to NNMC a few times a year to see Dr. Allen or Dr. Cowan. The service is top notch. After a quick check-in, the nurse checks vitals and gets me into a room soon thereafter. The wait is usually around 10-15 minutes before the doctor arrives. When Dr. Allen or Dr. Cowan arrive they really take the time and listen to any and ALL concerns that I have (and believe me, I usually have many), and I never felt rushed.
