Bill is an extremely intelligent person who knows the mortgage business. He's a genuine nice guy who doesn't come across as someone just trying to sell you something. I think that Bill is an asset to home buyers and a positive example of how business should be ran.

After having been through 3 different lenders I am so happy we were referred to Bill Hudson by our realtor. Between the poor communication and clerical errors made by the first few lenders we were with it was clear we needed to find another lender to help us with such a big investment. Bill and his team really knocked it out of the park on our mortgage. As a self employed borrower, I expected to be ran through the wringer with document requests, questions about my taxes, delays due to income verification and anything else that they could throw at me. Bill and his team made the process super easy, and even got our clear to close two weeks early! If you're looking for your next mortgage, Bill is the man to see!

Northern Mortgage was recommended to me by a coworker. I'm very glad that I worked with Bill, and Jeanine through email, on my mortgage. Bill Hudson was amazing to work with. He took time to explain the pre-approval processes, what information was needed, and he advised me the best way to raise my credit score for my final approval. His replies were always timely and he paid attention to my availability and always called when I was off work! That small attention to detail was greatly appreciated! I know he didn’t do it all himself; his whole team was fantastic!!

Bill was great! Extremely helpful in the whole home buying process. I walked into his office a little behind and confused to say the least. The company that I got my pre-approval from did the pre-approval and that was it. Bill said down with me and explained my different loan options, how they affected me and what I needed to get started. I definitely would not have been able to do this without him!
