Literally no one here, and waiting in lobby for almost 2 hours, and still havent been seen. Place is a joke. Bay street urgent care is much faster

Apparently the person who is managing multiple locations was yelling at her staff? Is this not the 21st century? Office seems to be running under the assumption that we are still in the 1400s.
The front desk is rude and cold. They fired the only nice receptionist. Will never go here.
I’ve taken a few kids here as well as myself and have had a great experience. It seems they’re under new management recently. 👌
