The doctors will not prescribe antibiotics. I told them I had weezying and my lungs are filled with mucus and they gave me a steroid. This steroid than led to me getting a different sinus infection cause it to get worse. This happened 3 months ago. Recently I went in cause I had another sinus infection. They again gave me steroids even though I requested antibiotics. After a week it has now gotten worse. I will not visit this doctor ever again
First, the receptionist told us to drive down (45 min drive), gave us the address and advised checking in online (which wasn't possible, maybe due to time of day) When we arrived she tried to decline check in because it was 5.37 p.m. (7 minutes after cut-off). She also stated she never talked to us on the phone. After the check-in paperwork, the doc said there was nothing they could do, as they have no testing capabilities or ability to write scripts for pain. Wouldn't even look at my injury. Literally no one here, and waiting in lobby for almost 2 hours, and still havent been seen. Place is a joke. Bay street urgent care is much faster
