The front desk staff was extremely unapproachable and came across as having a negative attitude. There was no greeting or basic courtesy, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. What was most concerning, though, was witnessing personal paperwork being handed to the wrong patient. That’s a serious breach of privacy and should be addressed immediately.
Aside from the wonderful nurse, Dominique, this is a ridiculous joke of a medical concern. They keep switching hours and personnel to accommodate their other offices. Aleena, the seriously undertrained LPN/NP whatever (not a medical doctor) puts on airs like an MD but has neither the knowledge nor the compassion to deserve that title. She told me my kidneys were failing, which I checked with my former MD far away, and found that such a diagnosis, based on the bloods, was ridiculous. This office is not even a five minute drive from my house. Despite this 'convenience,' I repeatedly show up when it's apparently closed, because this office has highly specific days and hours in which it's open. Those days and hours are not listed anywhere, and are seemingly not available to the general public. Please correct this, I'd much rather be able to use this office than using three times the gas to get to the next closest one.
