I had been waiting for months for an appointment with Dr. Alexandra Pottock at Northern Medical Associates, UPMC, only to have it canceled at the last minute and replaced with an appointment with Melissa Jerpe, PA. That visit was unsatisfactory. She seemed more focused on checking boxes than actually listening to my problem. My experience was very disappointing. I was recently at an appointment for a somewhat urgent health matter,which necessitated making a stat appointment at an imaging facility. I did not feel well at all, and I was there on my own without any support people. I would like to compliment the patient care representative at the checkout desk. I believe her name was LuAnn And she was so helpful and so kind and so reassuring.
