I was recently at an appointment for a somewhat urgent health matter,which necessitated making a stat appointment at an imaging facility. I did not feel well at all, and I was there on my own without any support people. I would like to compliment the patient care representative at the checkout desk. Our last Wednesday I had to see the doctor my main doctor wasn't there so I had to see another person. And her name was s h a y l a s t r o m y e r and she is a crnp. Very pleasant person. She listened to what you had to say. Dave
I am unsure who to blame for this but every month since my father has been on pain medication, it has been a headache to get refilled. I call the prescription line Monday 8:30am (you never speak to a person, you just leave a 5 minute long very, very, very, very detailed voicemail)and are assured it will be filled within 72 hours. Friday/100 hours(over 4 days later), no medicine, no text from pharmacy, no phone call.
