Work quality was very good, tech was professional and the new bathroom fan is working great. Only downside was pricing transparency. The invoice included a $200 trip/first hour charge, which felt high on top of labor and materials. I would have preferred a clearer all-in estimate upfront. Overall solid service, just recommend confirming full pricing details ahead of time.
