We had a great experience with this company. When we were having difficulty trying to find an appartment to rent they went above and beyond to help us. The staff were always prompt and courteous with any issues we had. Abby was always friendly and went out of her way to help with whatever I needed. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Management is very helpful. I have lived at Oakwood Estates for many years as well as most of my neighbors. The manager here also works at Calhoun Apartments in Cambridge. She is always working, cleaning, just always busy taking care of something and helping tenants. She does a lot and cares about the buildings and tenants
Do not ever rent from these crooks!! Absolute piss poor company with incompetent management and a complete lack of respect for their current and future tenants!! Don't just walk away from this place. Run. You will be so glad that you did. Save yourself time, money, and literally go anywhere else but here. If I could have given them negative star ratings that would have been delightful.
