everyone one was nice except the "cough, cough" nurse I was stuck with....she took rude as her second major in college I am so sure!
I made an appointment for primary care in October for this week, January. Nothing was said to me when booking my appointment. Today, 3 days before my appointment, I’m told I can’t be seen because they don’t have my previous records. There was no communication about this. Now, I’m going to be out of my maintenance medication because this office is too incompetent to communicate properly. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, NO!
