I made an appointment for primary care in October for this week, January. Nothing was said to me when booking my appointment. Today, 3 days before my appointment, I’m told I can’t be seen because they don’t have my previous records. There was no communication about this. Beginning of 2023 I began having mobility issues with severe vertigo. Blood tests, MRIS, ultrasounds, xrays I mean every specialist in the hospital was seeing me to figure out what was going on. MRI after MRI "nope everything is clear". March 2024 first ER visit At this point I was wheelchair bound, had to quit my job, move back in with my parents, and couldn't make it to the living room.
