We factory ordered our 2020 10-2 limited edition at the Edmonton RV show, this would replace our 2000 10-2000 Northern Lite that we were absolutely happy with. We spend an average 40 nights/year camping and have travelled to multiple provinces, territories and states with the camper. After 5 seasons with the new 10-2 we required factory warranty, dealing with Matt was pleasant and painless working through scheduling details to have the work completed in Kelowna. I purchased a new Northern Lite 10-2 dry bath from Parkview RV in Delaware July 2023 and picked it up early August 2023. Having spent a total of 517 night in it since purchase , can say that the quality is outstanding. We have had a few small issues with it but nothing major. The u.s. sales rep Charlie did an amazing job to get those issues fixed.
We just picked up our 10/2 and were wowed with the whole service and repair experience .The comminucation was timley and accurate , the price estaimated was the price completed with actualy some over and above details included .Our unit travels to the tip of baja and back every year and it now looks like new! special thanks to Steve that loaded us up and gave me tips on loading , air bags , and tie downs , stuff i should know but really did not. IMPRESSED!
Buyer beware!! Wrong part ordered - no refund given. Ordered the optional fourth step, however the step only fits models 2020 or newer. Was not aware of that. I tried to return the step which was not installed or out of its original packaging and was denied. I expected better from the factory and this brand.
Since I bought a lightly used 2019 9-6 SE, I did not have anyone review the details of the camper. I am happy with it but have had questions along the way. I've been very impressed with the ease of reaching someone at Northern Lite in Kelowna and their timely responses. In my phone conversations with some questions about the functions of the camper, I have always received good clear answers.
