Since I bought a lightly used 2019 9-6 SE, I did not have anyone review the details of the camper. I am happy with it but have had questions along the way. We bought our 2021 811EX-LE in September of 2020. It has been an excellent camper all around, especially in terms of quality and enjoyment. We did a tremendous amount of research prior to purchase, including renting a truck and camper for a few days to go fishing and visit all the main distributors in the lower mainland. We purchased our Northern Lite new in February 2020 and have absolutely loved everything about it for the last 6 years! We have spent hundreds of nights in our "second home" and have been comfortable whether it was -30°c or +30°c. We recently had some warranty work done in Kelowna and we couldn't be happier with how the entire process went. We had some repair work done on our camper at the factory last month. All was good, but one guy in particular stood out with his attention to detail and getting us safely back on the road. He spent time teaching us how to better load the camper making it much easier. We were also having intermittent issues with the camper lights and he spent time investigating the problem in a systematically, finally determining it was the camper-side outlet which he thoroughly cleaned and applied dielectric grease and all was fine. Had the solar power’s controller go bad on my 2026 8-11 a couple of weeks after taking delivery. I did all of the troubleshooting I could, called NL and they had me troubleshoot a few more things, but that didn’t work either. Matt said he would mail me a new one. The next day I received an overnight fed-ex express package with the new component. Talk about great customer service! I live in Tennessee and was prepared for it to take a week or so, but nope! It was here the next day.
