Love both salons. Everyone is very helpful and the stores are always so clean. This is always my first choice for tanning and a spray tan.
I have only been to the one in Saukville and I only use it for the Mystic tan - so far, everyone has been helpful. Been going there for years and they make sure they have up to date products, etc. Never a complaint.
Kind of like other companies in dying industries (e.g., tobacco), you'd think these people would want my business. I tried really hard to spend $150 in holiday gift certificates but they wouldn't pick up the phone or return messages. I'd think that customer service would translate to how they handle everything. Buyer beware. Find a better place. Shouldn't be difficult.
