I installed a Solar Hot Water System in 2016 and have had excellent results over the past 6 years. Very happy with my purchase!! The team was great at technical support and getting me what I needed. Using this heatpump for my pool and spa heating and cooling.
WOW. If you want an ongoing project this is it. You need a pool guy, a wood guy and an electrician. Check out the manual, it's like building a small aircraft. There is a lot of explanation as to why you do things, but how? That's up to you. Staining it is a mess, and if you don't do it just right it turns a $10,000 tub ugly. Also the rags of the stain spontaneously combust, learned that the hard way. Oh and if your 3 button panel has an error message a week after you start it, there is absolutely nothing in this huge manual ... read more
Great product and well engineered. Assembling the tub (54'') is easy, but it takes much more time then expected. Important to read the whole document before starting (ask to receive it before the tub arrive). Viewing the assembly video a few times help very much (ask for the link). Assembly takes a long week-end work. Staff is always there to answer questions.
