Building and grounds maintenance needs attention. There is a sprinkler pipe at the entrance that has been leaking for the past year, and old sign touting a decade-old renovation. How about a parkade so your staff and patients and their loved ones have somewhere to park? This WAS a great friendly professional health centre. Something has gone very wrong. The staff were rude didn’t informed me of what they were giving me for medication and didn’t even properly discharge me with any instructions for my open burn wound and server swelling. Watched them roll their eyes at other patients and talk about them in the halls. What happened to all the beautiful staff I’ve met there before?

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff for their prompt and professional response when needed. Their caring nature truly made a difference. I also want to thank the emergency department and the entire team on the third floor.

Nurses and Doctors overall are good, wait time is getting worse each time we go. What is the point of being brought in? Just to wait 4 plus hours in a room.
