The wait was long, but the nurses here are truly wonderful. I was triaged by Jenna, and I can't thank her enough. She was so kind, patient, and caring — she really listened and made me feel at ease when I wasn't feeling my best. People like her make a hard day so much easier. Thank you, Jenna, and thank you to the whole team. ❤

I think it's very interesting that my daughter is having a very difficult time. She is overdue and the doctors are more worried about their Thanksgiving weekend then to come in and help her. Fort mcmurray needs real doctors.

The Ambulatory clinic is the worst one I've ever dealt with in a hospital. The staff is not very friendly besides al older lady who helps kove the beds. One of the nurses named Seds shoved my IV in my hand aggressively and now I may have permanent damage to my hand. He was very unprofessional and seems uncomfortable being in medical care. He was very short with me and openly rude while being very inexperienced. Watch out for these types of employees because they don't care about the repercussions of their actions.
