I had such a positive experience during what was honestly a really scary time. I went into the hospital with a gallstone attack and was seen very quickly and taken seriously right from the start. The staff acted fast, made me feel heard, and ensured my pain was managed properly. On Monday night, I was given the appropriate medication and allowed to go home for a few hours to rest, with clear instructions to return the next morning for an ultrasound. My husband was there in emergency twice in past week. First time the wait time was almost 5 hours in front and then 45 mins inside . All they did as a doctor prescribed him some kind of medicine and good to go. Not even try to diagnose the problem as if the got some kind of sixth sense. Then after 5 days of pain again land up to emergency. I had amazing service here from Dr Shepperd and his nurse. Was a little wait but that was expected. It was nice to see a doctor who I actually cared for once
