We brought our daughter (2) here to be evaluated for Lyme passed through pregnancy. After a wonderful first visit with Mary Clark, we went ahead with the Infectlab panel to check if she had active infections to treat. We already had a follow-up visit on the calendar with Dr. Otten. The results came in well before that appointment, as Mary sent a note that her test was clear. We've only been going to this clinic for a few months, but absolutely love it! Dr. Otten is knowledgeable, compassionate and wonderful to work with. I'm impressed with his knowledge about Lyme and other conditions. All of the staff are kind and supportive.
Unethical. I only found out about this clinic through a scholarship through the Lyme Association. All three of my children have Lyme so we were searching for answers. I was told that I would get free testing and three full visits with the doctor and it was valued at $2000. However, they require you to have a very short nurse appointment (which seemed meaningless) as one of your free visits. So after testing, the two doctor visits and the nurse, only about $1400 of the $2000 was spent, yet they made us pay for the 4th appoint... read more
