This company tested our water heater in our condo and determined that we need a new thermistor. When the technician came, he was on the phone for most of the 3 hours that he was over, trying to figure out the issue. After the 3 hours, he let me know that he had to lower the max temperature by a few degrees. Our initial bill was $375 for the 3 hours of labor. After speaking with them, they lowered it to $225.
Chris and his team installed a new propane heater for hot water and an outlet for my new generator. Great quality work and reasonably priced! He also cleans my boiler and does a fantastic job. Very reliable. I'd hire him in a second!
The technician that came over was fantastic. He was able to explain everything about the boiler, replacement options and other heating systems in a way that was respectful, understandable and helpful. He seemed to love his job and was very professional.

Pre-Christmas '22, our older heating unit had been down for weeks; all the techs that were able to fit us in wanted to sell us a new system....the house was quite chilly. At the 11th hour, we were fortunate to have Chris come by, and knowing the Buderus, he got us up and running within a couple hours. Nothing like a warm home on a freezing morning. No need to call anyone else. Thanking Maureen, Chris and all at Northern Lights a thousand times.
