Beware of this FRAUDULENT company. Initially, they recommended our restaurant to perform an HVAC installation project. I recall someone from their company named David, who claimed to be the founder, came to our location to inspect everything for the equipment installation. Since their company is based in Edmonton and our restaurant is in Calgary, there was a delay in their response due to their high volume of work. I would avoid this company at all costs, as they don’t follow the City of Edmonton requirements for residential air conditioner installation. As the contractor doing the work, it was their responsibility to pull the permit prior to commencing the work, and arrange the final inspection to verify the electrical work was satisfactorily completed. I have contacted them numerous times to have this addressed, all attempts for resolution were ignored.

I had a super bad experience with this company!! Red alert!! He came to my bakery to check on the work he needed to do then when our building permit was approved David Wu (as it appears on his card) asked us for a $500 deposit to supposedly put a permit in the city!! Well he stole from us! Since he never went to the city, he did not want to do the work since he was very busy and he never returned our money even though we tried to contact us in different ways!!!
