The guys in the service department are absolutely incredible! I was driving across the country, and had my exhaust blow apart on the highway right before their dealership, I pulled in and let them know what happened, and they had the car in right away to have a quick look, then had it welded together and back on the road in 20 minutes!! Their customer service and attentiveness was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, thank you again!
As we were driving back to BC from our cross Canada trip the rear differential started to fail on our F150. They were able to book us an inspection notice on short notice. They confirmed the differential was failing but were booked too far ahead to do the replacement on short notice. They did provide us with advice to get back to BC and ultimately get the vehicle fixed under warranty. I really appreciated the effort they made to help us out.
Went there to do an alignment and change some tires, mechanics spend from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm just change the tires and forgot the alignment. $700 gone. Excellent work.
