This is a 1 star rating (would be negative or 0 if allowed) for the worst car dealership in Canada. Took my fully Extended warranteed F150 Platinum in for it's 32000 km inspection and a faulty message that my oil needed to be changed. After over 2 hours an employee approaches me and tells me that my instrument display panel was shorted out by them and was now fried. Rude awful people, messed up vehicle and didn’t care. No attempt to solve the problem they themselves caused. Would recommend going anywhere else, literally ANYWHERE ELSE.
Thank you to Ryan who helped us after our 97 service van broke down on the highway. He was able to diagnose and order us our parts within hours of arriving. While we waited he gave us a vehicle to be able to go to get food and gave us a ride to and from Wawa after business hours. We tremendously appreciate it. He went above and beyond while we were stranded. I have never received better customer service.
Was in a jam, broken down very far from home and northern lights was the only place who gave me the time of day. Was able to get me in and out same day. And even picked me up from the hotel when my van was ready. My road trip was problem after problem but these guys gave me hope, genuinely. Thanks Northern Lights Ford
We had a break down on our way there Wawa. The staff and especially the mechanics where all amazing. They got us rolling again as quickly as the parts could come. The were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great job!!!!!
