First, Tony is a good communicator -- he answers calls & responds quickly to messages. This may not sound like a big deal, but it shows that a contractor cares about taking on a job & following it thru. And after a couple of early snags (not his fault), Tony did just that -- showed up when he said, took time to explain each installation, & completed everything as promised. The cost wasn't a bargain, but it was competitive, & the work was done well.
