We were very disappointed that this center is closed for the season despite saying it’s open until 8pm tonight. Not hard to update your hours on google.
Excellent tourist attractions Must visit at this time of the year to see northern lights
Really need and totally unexpected. Stopped at the visitor centre and found a really great video about Northern lights.
$15 for tickets to the shows in the planetarium. As of Sep 10, 2025 they showed two films, one about black holes, the other about northern lights. When I was there, there were four other people in the theater with me. Shows start every hour on the hour, and last about 45 minutes. It was definitely worth the $15. Highly recommended.
