Northern Lights Auto Service came to help when I had a flat tire. They showed up ahead of schedule, loaded my vehicle quickly, and towed me to the mechanic of my choice. The gentleman who helped me was extremely professional and put me at ease. I would absolutely recommend this company for their outstanding service.
After a hiccup in the beginning with my father’s truck, I appreciate the owner for stepping in and stepping up to make sure his customer left happy. My father is glad to have his truck back and we appreciate all that the owner did to get my father’s truck up and running as quickly as he could. Thank you for sticking to your word, going above and beyond and making things right.
This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They will treat you like gold to get your business and get their money but once your car leaves their facility they do not stand by their warranty policy. My father recently brought his truck in for repair, they repaired it within a week and he was so happy and gladly paid them the $2100 to fix it.
