My sister has a temporary colostomy bag. When nurse was at her house yesterday and put a new bag on. That bag leaked! Today bag leaked after several new ones put on. Was told someone would call her back…no one called, she called Northern back. Called today to have a nurse come out and was told she wasn’t scheduled for anyone and my sister was told she better learn how to put it on!!! Unbelievable!!!!!
Decent service with a big problem. If you have a problem with any purchases (which is common in my experience), they treat you very poorly. Also, I asked about the RN from the other review and there isnt one, according to who i asked.
Northern Lights has been a god send to our family. My father came home so very sick and the hospital left us clueless and scared. Kim, an RN from Northern Lights, came out to see us the next day and she was so kind, full of information, and was just beyond helpful I hope this reaches Kim so she can hear how grateful we were for her!!
