I really appreciate the fact that Emergency Care found a way to stay open. I give 1 million heart thanks to the one that fought so hard for that to happen. I would recommend this Walk-In-Care 1 Trillion times hands down over any of the hospital's in and around Waterville for miles. I have tried other ER'S and Emergent Care places and to tell you the truth each and everyone that I've tried have fallen so far below that they are not even worth mentioning. Efficient, compassionate, smart, respectful
Do not go here. I went in to make sure I wasn’t having a miscarriage and waitied for an hour and a half for a cup to piss in and ended up walking out and watched my doctor chit chatting and laughing with the receptionist. These people have no sense of urgency and no care. This place is a joke
Don’t go! The charges are insane. (People there are nice. But again, Northern Light is way too expensive.)
My husband was seen on 2/13 and on 2/15 I called the office because the cough meds they prescribed do not work. I ask them to call in a different cough medication and they would not. They said he needed to come back in and be seen before they could send something different! So let’s pay for another visit because your provider did not listen when he told them he needed cough syrup and they prescribed a cough med that he told them he had already tried. Let’s not forget to mention that he has been seen by them twice in one week... read more
