Wife woke up with an earache... friendly, quick, and attentive service on a Sunday morning. Great staff. <3
This place is great, I went in for an ear infection before heading home to NJ, which is a 12 hour drive, and I was seen right away; they wrote me a prescription for ear drops and oral antibiotics and gave me great care. The people were super nice and professional!
I recently was sick for about two weeks. I was in and out of the walk in 4 times and the ER once. My last visit was to see Nancy Cosgrove, I was extremely impressed with the way she handled things. A had went to her about a rash that I was having and she had sent me home with medicine that helped me out a lot. She had then called me later that day to tell me she was thinking/wondering about me. Everytime I go in I've been taken care of promptly and sweetly by all the staff. Particularly I've found that Drew Washington and their mother Jennifer(staff there) are always a treat to have as they are incredibly responsive and caring. What you like to see right here in the county.
This is my preferred walk-in over the Caribou location. The reception staff and MA’s been great the couple of times I’ve had to go in. The PA’s that work this clinic are hit or miss, they either have great bedside manner or act as if they’d rather watch paint dry than be with a patient but the care is still solid.
