I have been attending NLF for 3 months now and in that short period of time I have noticed a huge change in my body, I was really nervous about joining the gym because I had no previous experience but with the coaches guidance i have been completing tasks that I never thought I would be able to, I have met some new friends that have been really supportive with no judgment, I enjoy the fact that our classes are in a group and that you actually get to enjoy yourself during each class. I'm been coming here for the 3 yrs or so and it's one of my happy places. Nothing like a great workout to make me feel mentally strong. The people and coaches are like family. The community is one of a kind. Highly recommend for people to come and try
A fantastic Gym to attend with great coaches an awesome people to work out with.. I’ve been attending Northern Light Fitness for nearly 5 years,, my fitness has exceeded my expectations with the help from not just the coaches, but everybody else who attends and at 50 years of age I feel great.. Thanks Northern Light Fitness I really do hope I will be there for many many more years to come.
NORTHERN LIGHT FITNESS is the best community of people to workout with. No judgement and family friendly. I began working out here very unfit and was never made to feel uncomfortable. My kids also love coming to hang out at the gym with me!
I’ve been a member of lots of gyms but never felt as at home as I do here. Such a fun and supportive bunch of people and the coaches know their stuff! Welcoming, relaxed and zero judgement vibe with people who will help you see how awesome you really are.
