Me and my wife had to go in for an emergency visit late at night on 3/29 and the night crew was absolutely amazing thank you so much for being as caring and going the extra mile to make sure my wife was comfortable and had everything she needed! It was such a long stressful day and we were exhausted, the team made us feel right at home nurse Victor and Dr. Shervanick were very informative and thorough explaining what was happening. Much praise to your hard work and dedication we greatly appreciate you guys thank you again!
My daughter is very sick and she's blind. They are so good to her there. I would always go to the hospital with her every time. At this hospital i don't. She's 25 but she's blind and I trust that the Dr.s and nurses will take darn good care of her there. And Dr. Baden is awesome 👌.
I only go here because it is close to home. If it is more serious concern, I go to EMMC. I have had conversations with EMS crews who determine if they go here based on how serious it is because the level of care is poor at best. If there was a speed slower than 0, that is this hospital. The wait time is excruciating. The nurse staff are frustrated. I was sent urgently to the emergency room with acute abdominal pain by my pcp and was turned away saying I have the flu after waiting for over 3 hours with no help or communication. The doctors were rude and apathetic. IV was placed in my arm poorly and left there. Waste of time and money… Please save yourself the potential hazard and concern.
I want to share my positive experience at the hospital today 01/14/2026. I had a scheduled blood draw and I was hesitant because of my experience prior with being a personal pin cushion but the phlebotomist named John was absolutely amazing. Took him seconds to find a vein. I want to let him know how appreciative I am. Thank you
