Didn’t feel listened too and they told me my uti was menstrual pain, went to a different hospital and was properly diagnosed and treated. I don’t think they even actually tested my pee, they rushed me out and just told me it was my monthly.

My first experience at Northern Light hospital in Pittsfield was for an Emergency Room visit and it couldn't have gone much better. Quick registration, then a long initial wait but sometimes that is what it is. Everyone that I dealt with was efficient and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I got the treatment I needed. Thank you

I went to Sebasticook Valley Hospital Emergency Room yesterday around 12:20am, for an excruciating pain in my left side... All that happened was I did a urine test and it came out negative, and they gave me a lidocaine patch (which didn't really help). I was there for 3 hours, and all they did was stick me in a wheelchair, did a urine test, and told me it was a muscle strain. Haha.. I had it since June 9th at 2:30pm, and all they are giving me for a diagnosis is that it is a muscle strain.. If I end up with appendicitis, or ... read more
