Over a week now waiting for a simple referral, I called and had them handle it and still nothing!
I called this office to set up new primary care. They told me they would call me back if they were accepting new patients. A few weeks later (no call back) I get a letter in the mail with an appointment confirmation with a Dr. Rawcliffe. They set up the entire date and time, or so I thought. If you can’t take care of your clients, CLOSE! You are doing a disservice to the community by staying open and NOT doing your jobs! I’m done. I’ve seen my doctor for 15+ years and because the infrastructure sucks so bad, I’ll be getting my medical needs elsewhere.
I have been out of my medicine all week and have called the office and requested them to tell my doctor that I need prior authorization for my refill that is unable to be filled due to what I feel is a doctor that doesn't care. I am very upset have been doing my part I just wish my doctor would do her part. The pharmacy has faxed my doctor every day to try and help me but I feel like I dont matter to my doctor!!!!!!! Never get in prescriptions, I sometimes had to go there and say hay I need these meds. bad . And I have been through 4 Dr's in 3 years. Now Dr left, so I out to dry.
