I have been out of my medicine all week and have called the office and requested them to tell my doctor that I need prior authorization for my refill that is unable to be filled due to what I feel is a doctor that doesn't care. I am very upset have been doing my part I just wish my doctor would do her part. The pharmacy has faxed my doctor every day to try and help me but I feel like I dont matter to my doctor!!!!!!! Never get in prescriptions, I sometimes had to go there and say hay I need these meds. bad . And I have been through 4 Dr's in 3 years. Now Dr left, so I out to dry.
Don't like how I made a appointment over two months ago. Then I get a call today oh we have to reschedule? Why your doctor has a meeting why did they schedule the meeting during my appointment? Bad customer service
This review is in account of calling in. Hold times are absolutely unrealistic. What's even more unrealistic is during the hold time they insist on using the Portal for 24 by 7 access. Meanwhile, no messages ever come back through the portal. You always get a phone call. So why not just allow patients to start there? Stop. Being. Lazy. You're all over paid as it is. It isn't health care, it's government conspiracy and 90% I'd you should be ashamed of your job anyhow.
