The doctors at this office are useless. They get pissed off when you try to discuss medication changes when YOU know they aren't helping. They won't refill your prescriptions correctly and drag their asses when called to fix things. Unless you're desperate, don't even bother.
At least three separate occasions where I have called multiple times, had a follow up, And my prescription was a. Not refilled at all or b. Refilled to the wrong location. Making it extremely difficult to have medication regulated properly. Extremely disappointed
Dr. Zhao helped me for a short time for my severe panic disorder and then suddenly stopped because I had added some thc tincture to my tea. She has zero knowledge on the current studies and benefits of THC and CBD. She did not even instruct me how to taper off my meds. She was seeing me for mental health and would constantly talk about my weight which insulting and unnecessary. Would not recommend this place! I did nothing wrong, and she knows it.
