I miss Dr. Kriegal! I had to switch to Dr Hannon. For 2 years I have been fighting to find out which suspected auto immune disease I have. Im in chronic extreme pain, cannot eat and continue to lose weight. While im in the office I feel Dr. Hannon cares but getting my prescriptions filled on time is an act of God to get. I was happy my son was going to the same local dr I went to for my childhood, dr Fitzpatrick was really great but we could never be seen when our kid was sick and could never get ahold of anybody when we had questions. We use waterville pediatrics now and have had better luck. I am now having issues with refills getting messed up for my dad and when I call to get it fixed nothing is done. Likely going to move all my medical needs to the Maine general system, northern lights seems to be a failing brand.
Wait hour because they double book appointments
My daughter has had a bulls eye rash from a tick bite she got 2 weeks ago. I've tried calling for almost 24 hours and keep getting told the nurses station will call me back and ask some questions and then send in antibiotics for her. I'm still waiting for a call that would take 5 minutes to get proper care for my daughter. Lyme disease is better treated with a prompt and quick response. This has created a lot of anxiety for myself and my daughter waiting for a simple call in for antibiotics so the disease doesn't spread furt... read more
