A great health facility with caring people across the board.
Just terrible. I was getting mental health services with medication through their office and the person was amazing, but not his receptionist. I have appointments over the phone and have explained that my phone is too old to do video conferences with. Then they call and we have a good appointment. But recently the person in the office seems to forget that my phone can't accept video conferences and I have to remind her. Today, I had an appointment for 2:45 and there was no call.
