My daughter has had a bulls eye rash from a tick bite she got 2 weeks ago. I've tried calling for almost 24 hours and keep getting told the nurses station will call me back and ask some questions and then send in antibiotics for her. I'm still waiting for a call that would take 5 minutes to get proper care for my daughter. Lyme disease is better treated with a prompt and quick response.
