Great health-care facility.
If you are looking for a provider who truly does not care whether you live or die then this is definitely the office for you! These people will tell you that you need a biopsy, they will perform the biopsy and proceed to LOSE the biopsy (a HIPAA violation). They will then dodge your calls and delay your care for over a MONTH before finally admitting their mistake and never offering a single apology. Can't see a doctor here, receptionists aren't allowing it. They said they'd call back, but never did. Why is healthcare so bad here in Maine? I've had nothing but problems with trying to see a doctor in this state, I have to go out of state each time. Also, don't give me that stupid auto-response of "call this number" or whatever... Just fix your problematic employee issues.
Been trying desperately to become a new patient for months. And the guy who answers the phone is less than helpful and sounds and acts like he doesn’t care to try to help me find a solution. Nobody is taking new patients and this is the only doctor’s office that’s open early enough for me to go to without having to miss work.
