Communication. A simple solution they don’t follow. Running low on medication. Call pharmacy told prescription ran out. No problem. Contact Dr. on web portal. A system designed to help more efficient.. really isn’t as it would take an effort to answer and respond.pharmacy explains they sent to the Dr. for approval to refill the prescription. I've been seeing Dr.Teague for over 8 months for an issue that's still not figured out yet. And a few days ago I find out I'm losing my health insurance, so I call with 8 days before my insurance ends on August 1st 2024 and explained the situation. Wouldn't you think they would get me in for a quick visit before my insurance expires. No the idiot that answered the phone says we have nothing before the 1st of August and then asked me what my issues were,when she can clearly see it all the last 8 months.
