I am not one to do reviews but....I was on vacation and needed to be seen for a health issue and unfortunately could not wait until I got back home. I called around to urgent care facilities to get pricing as I was out of state and didn't think my insurance would cover the visit. Aggressive, went in for a gash and concussion on the crown of my head, doctor who admitted staples did NOT numb area, but instead I believe put the lidocaine in a nerve which made a different area of my head numb... mocked me when I complained of the pain saying a 7yo would have been fine getting 3 staples in their skull... released with no pain medication.. went back to have staples removed today, waited 30 minutes to be admitted, the doctor who removed the staples came in, simply walked over pulled them out, then while pul... read more
I was lucky to get to the clinic when it wasn't busy so they could quickly look at a nasty cut I had incurred. The nurse who treated me before the doc arrived was terrific, very considerate and careful. The doctor did an excellent job treating the cut in a thoughtful and professional way, and I am now very much on the mend thanks to their great work.
What an all-around pleasant experience this was. From the intake process through release, I felt heard and taken care of. The nurse’s pre-evaluation conversation and process was detailed and kindly administered. The doctor who examined me was clearly interested in my concerns, was thorough and unhurried, and I left feeling certain his evaluation was credible. I am a o glad I decided to pop in and get checked out for possible bone damage after a fall.
I want say thanks for always listening to my concerns and take them very serious I have so much respect for you coming from Gorham crossing to windham, now where every you go I shall go not too far though 🤣🤣thanks we have come a long way thanks for being patient with me and work with me due to my rare condition(stiff person syndrome)thanks to you APRN FNP Gregory Bate thanks much love and respect.
