This place was awful. The rooms are disgusting, the doctors dont communicate and are extremely rude. i would never reccomend this place to anyone and that's unfortunate for me to say because i have been going here for 10 years. This place has gone extremely downhill and should honestly just be shut down. Folks if the emergency isnt life threatening then i would recommend taking the extra few minutes to drive to westbrook or portland to recieve EXTREMELY more hospitable and efficient healthcare.
My dad is now in the ER due to your incompetence. They were able to confirm he has bronchitis. Mild case thank God. You took chest x rays and told him it was an ordinary virus. Didn't even prescribe antibiotics. I have to spend the night worrying about him. Otherwise if this was nipped in the bud, he probably wouldn't be there. Good job.
I can't say enough good things about this urgent care. They actually listen and care about their patients. On busy days the wait might be long but they take the time with every patient. They even give you a 20% discount if you pay your copay or bill in the office. Greatful this is so close to my home.
We went in last night around 7:35pm for my 3 year old. We thought he had an ear infection but was told that he didn’t have an ear infection. They wouldn’t be surprised if in a couple days it showed up as an ear infection. It was super suspicious and seemed rushed. They also told me that now a days ear infections shouldn’t be treated until the 2nd day anyways and most shouldn’t be treated all all….
