I called this urgent care around closing time (7:50pm) and explained that my daughter was having trouble breathing and her inhaler was not working as she was struggling to gather oxygen. I was told to come immediately and to come fast and they would let the staff know. We arrived and tried to open the doors at 8:01pm to find the doors locked and no way to get inside, while each and every car from the back parking lot merrily went home. All they did a is give us eye drops that don't work we needed antibiotics really don't want to come here again

By far the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. My primary care is Northern Light Mercy but this was my first time going to their urgent care in Windham. The nurse was very sweet and attentive to me and made sure my comfortability was a priority. Dr. Ouellette was equally amazing and talked me through an issue that I have had multiple times before but no one had ever taken the time to explain certain things to me. Nurse/docters assistant was awesome, however I went once and was out in 5 minutes was told nothing was wrong, I went 3 days later to do blood testing and x rays because “nothing wrong” wasn’t the answer, it’s been 3 days and no x-rays were sent out to my doctor prolonging this painful experience and was told they will not call confirming test results unless positive with no time or date on when that would be, over all it’s like pulling teeth
