Not sure why the nurses here are so horrifically neglectful to the patients but it's an embarrassment and a complete shame.
I was going to give this a one star review after a six hour day in the waiting room at the hospital for severe sinus infection, needing a CAT scan. Now I hope I kind of go back to that same x-ray tech. Hubba hubba
Truly a terrible experience with the Northern Light surgery center. Terrible communication from staff. My girlfriend and I were told over and over again that she had an appointment for surgery to remove Melanoma, to arrange aftercare, and she was sent an estimate for surgery. Even the medical assistant who checked us in said we were here for surgery and confirmed I was there for aftercare. It's faster to go straight to the morgue than visit here. Extremely long waits that aren't worth the time for anyone above the age of 12.
Came in for a back injury, refused to help me and sent me out. I bet they will send a bill for my time they wasted, though.
