I live in Casting area so, I'm not sure if my H/H is provided out of Ellsworth or Bangor, neither of which seem to have very many stars. This confuses me greatly as this is the second time I've needed follow up HHC after major surgeries. I have probably dealt with six or more individuals, each one of which was over the top, unbelievable, caring, prompt, polite, and professional. I have no idea why anyone could give them less than 5☆.
