I'd like to tell you how happy that my therapist was Juanito (Jun). When I hurt my ankle, Jun made sure I knew what I had to do in order to get stronger. He was very encouraging and never pushed me if I were anxious about something. He is friendly and easy going with a great sense of humor who is just as excited as I was at meeting all my goals. I live in Casting area so, I'm not sure if my H/H is provided out of Ellsworth or Bangor, neither of which seem to have very many stars. This confuses me greatly as this is the second time I've needed follow up HHC after major surgeries. I have probably dealt with six or more individuals, each one of which was over the top, unbelievable, caring, prompt, polite, and professional. I have no idea why anyone could give them less than 5☆.
