Tony has never ceased to impress us with his skill and kindness. When we popped down to the shop to pick up some repair work, I fell in love with a pair of earrings. In the spooky spirit, Sara offered me a piece of candy… well wouldn’t you know, my day got even better! We will continue to shop and send friends down to Northern Light Gems!
MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This is THE MOST OUTSTANDING jewelry store!!! I had a need to do a custom piece and I called up many jewelers in the area and no one could do what I wanted. I have a beloved Tiffany Tesoro watch that stopped. I took it to the flagship store in NYC, which sent it to their service center in Long Island. Upon inspection, they told that they no longer make parts for my watch and that it would cost several hundred dollars to clean and service it, but they would not be able to return it to water resistance. I had visited several jewelers in the area for my husband's wedding ring when I came across Northern Light Gems. The staff and owner (Tony) are so welcoming, really pleasant and patient. When explaining what I was looking for, Tony took time to sit with me and create a custom piece (within my budget) that both my husband and I are so pleased with. I got a custom wedding band made here to match my engagement ring that was made elsewhere. Tony was wonderful to work with and the ring was made exactly how I wanted it! The pricing was affordable and fair. I would definitely recommend Northern Light Gems to anyone who wants custom jewelry. We will be coming back for my fiancés wedding band and maybe a nice watch too.
