I recently lost a stone in my ring and brought it to Northern Light Gems for a replacement stone. Not knowing what to expect, I walked into the store greeted with a warm inviting hello from the staff followed by the proprietor, Tony. He spent time and explained in great detail what he could do. My absolute surprise was the result! My ring is even more beautiful than before. I am so grateful for the classy professional manner in which I was treated. Thank you Tony. We had an absolutely amazing experience using Northern Light Gems for my ring. I had snapped the band and was directed to Northern Light Gems from our insurance company. Tony was great to work with- he kept us informed during the process, had kept communication open and promised we’d have a beautiful ring when it was done. He kept his promise! AND— they’re incredible at repairs too. I had an eternity band from my late grandmother that I put off getting resized for ages because I didn’t know who I could trust.
