I have had nosebleeds for over 40 years. Over the past year they have gotten heavier and more frequently, and the past two months I have had them up to three times daily and some lasting 2 hours. I saw Dr. Beams yesterday. She was very professional, direct and to the point. I appreciate that is a medical provider. Not really knowing what to expect, she cauterized my nose, explaining every step and expectations. Was it uncomfortable, yes, despite the lidocaine spray. But tolerable. Dr. Patrick is an excellent doctor. He is kind, compassionate, and professional. The team at the office is also great, very friendly and knowledgeable.
The rudest, most offensive Doctor I have ever encountered. From the moment he walked in the door he berated me while questioning me. He asked me if I had had a CAT Scan at the Ear Nose and Throat at Northern Light in Bangor last year and I told him I couldn't remember. He mocked me and said how can you not remember having a CAT Scan. I told him I've been having trouble with my memory and have discussed this with my Primary Doctor. Dr. Patrick is one of the nicest doctors to have... He made my great granddaughter feel so comfortable during her tonsillectomy. Staff is also excellent.. Thank you so much Dr. Patrick.
