I showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to check in at the main entrance. Due to the waiting room being full and then a woman in labor coming in i didn't get checked in til 10- 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They canceled my appointment via text as I was sitting in their waiting room. I spoke to the receptionist and she informed me that they could not keep my appointment. I had to reschedule.
