Impolite flights over Sedona! What a terrible local embarrassment. I am camping in a tent outside of Sedona City limits. Your pilots, not Red Rock Balloon pilots, continuously find pleasure in hovering for long periods of time over my tent. Last week was the last straw. I AM NOT A PART OF YOUR FLIGHT TOUR!!! You will not come down to hover 20 feet over my tent and have someone talking about me through a microphone like I am the last human living outside on the planet. This was by far the highlight of our girl's trip to Sedona. The company was easy to book with and answered all of our questions. The ride was so beautiful and our pilot was very knowledgable and pointed out many of the sights of Sedona. If you are looking at doing this excursion and debating on whether to do it, just do it you will be so glad you did!!! Best experience ever!
I was a little taken aback by how I was treated by an employee at this company when I got in touch to cancel the reservation I had made.
Captain Dan was brilliant. Lots of personality and a very informative guide as well. The views were breath taking. Words and photos cannot adequately convey how awesome it was. Highly recommend this trip.
