Edit July 2026…. My nephew had a bicycle accident, got hit by a car on State Street. Although there was a half a dozen people in the emergency room waiting area, half of which had nonemergency issues, they got my nephew right in . He had a head injury. They gave him all the x-rays and scans and took good care of him. Softening old hard feelings. I just happened to be in the area visiting. I always avoid this place when I’m visiting. I’m so unhappy with everything about Orthopedics. I had surgery and have since had trouble ever since. Feels worse than before surgery. The directions from surgeon after surgery, “ummm, don’t use hand”, then just walks away. Went for follow up, again said nothing. Went to my last appointment recently because I’m definitely not getting my other hand done because I can’t trust that they care and will do a good job or if it’s just going to be as bad. I want to give a shout out to the fantastic team in the infusion center! They are professional and compassionate and take great care of the patients there. I would highly recommend this facility.
