I can't believe how much this hospital has gone down hill. 30 years iv gone there for medical care. So many people have told me to go to another hospital for better care . But no I put my trust in northern light Ar goul . And again they can't handle the simplest tasks. My goodness you can't even run a clinic never mind a hospital . You can't keep Drs . I go see my Dr you never know if it's the same Dr or different one. The best Dr I had was Sue Porter. Maybe you need to ask her how it's done. Because the quality of care is n... read more

Most of the healthcare professionals do not care and are unqualified in their positions. From CEO at the very top they are absolutely rude and could care less about the healthcare they are providing. It is unfortunate and sad for the rural part of our state. It makes me sad living in this area that we lack the type of healthcare for the people here and quite frankly scares me for those choosing to stay and live in this area. If I could rate 0 stars I would. My wife and I have been in to the ER several times and I don't think we have recieved a diagnosis a single time. I went after throwing out my back and my "diagnosos" was back pain. My wife went in to the ER recently with severe abdominal pain and vomiting and after 6 hours she was discharged with a diagnosis of "pelvic pain". The doctor literally said we aren't sure what is causing pain but it isn't your appendix, they noted she does have a gallbladder stone but they didn't think that was the... read more
